	Zhussupov Shalkar The Chair of the Executive Committee Zhussupov Shalkar was born on the 11th of April in 1970, in Almaty region. He has two college educations: Kazakh State Academy of Civil Engineering and Construction, which he graduated as civil engineer; and Kazakhstan State Academy of Management, with degree in economics. Mr. Zhussupov has worked in Kazakhstan banking sector since 1994. He is one of the founders of Kazakhstan Loan Fund, where he began his work in the first of the company's branches in Taldykorgan as chief accountant in September 1997. Shalkar Zhussupov is currently holding a position of Chief Executive Officer in “Microcredit Organization “KMF” LLC. Being a successful leader of the company Mr. Zhussupov also takes part in public life of the Republic of Kazakhstan and is the Chair of the Board of Microfinance Associations of Kazakhstan (AMFOK), member of the Entrepreneurs’ Council under the President of Kazakhstan, and Chair of Coordination Council of Microfinance Associations of the CIS countries
	Akimzhanova Gulshat Deputy CEO Born on the 16th of April in 1961 in Almaty region. She has higher economical education, graduated from the Almaty Institute of National Economy. From 1997 to 1999 she worked as a chief accountant of Taldykorgan branch, Kazakhstan Loan Fund. In different years she was the Manager of Shymkent and Almaty Branches and Director of Credit Department in HQ. At present she acts as Deputy CEO.
	Abenova Almira Deputy CEO Born on the 22nd of March in 1963. Higher economic education. She graduated from the Institute of National Economy (Tashkent city), economist by specialty. Certified Practicing Accountant (САР). She has been working for Kazakhstan Loan Fund since 2001. Before 2004 she worked as Chief Accountant in the branch in Shymkent city. From 2004 till 2008 she occupied position of Chief Financial Officer and member of the Executive Committee of «МCО «KazMicroFinance», LLC. At present she acts as Deputy CEO at KMF. Starting from 2010 she has been the member of the Managing Council of Kazakhstan Taxpayers Association (KTA).
