MCO «KazMicroFinance», being a leading company in microfinance sphere, sees social responsibility and right social policy conduct as one of important conditions in successful business development in the long-term perspective. KMF, being an active community member, does not keep out of the social life of the Republic.
In its activity MCO «KazMicroFinance» draws a lot of attention in supportting cultural and social projects, social events and sponsorship. Achievement of a high level of social responsibility is a part of corporate culture of ÌCÎ «KazMicroFinance».
By tradition KMF holds a festival "Language Day of Kazakhstan nations", as a tribute to people living in Kazakhstan, since company clients are people of over 32 nationalities. The most share is occupied by the representatives of Kazakh, Russian, Uzbek, Tartar, Turkish and Korean nations.
Every year on the eve of May 9 ÌCÎ «KazMicroFinance» provides financial charity support to veterans of the Great Patriotic War. In all company branches solemn meetings and festive dinners are held, where CPW veterans are given presents and material support.
Prior to holiday «Children’s defense day» company branches provide charity to children from families with low income, boarding schools, and sponsor socially-valuable programs.
In March 2008 KazMicroFinance was a general sponsor of a charity campaign «Help your closest people» held by «Baurzhan» Fund. As a result, a lot of clothes, toys and money were collected, which were then transferred to children’s houses and families with low income.
In January 2008 ÌCÎ «KazMicroFinance» took part in co-funding of Children’s House construction for disabled children in the village Pervomayskoye of Akmolinskaya oblast.
Sponsorship of football teams «KMF-Olymp»
Since its inception (1997) till present KazMicroFinance adheres to a targeted common policy in the sphere of sponsoring physical culture and sports, takes part in child football development in the republic by establishing and supporting activity of children football teams «KMF-Olymp» in the regions. All in all there are over 100 schoolchildren in football teams «KMF-Olymp» from 7 cities of Kazakhstan (Almaty, Karaganda, Kzil-Orda, Taraz, Taldykorgan, Shymkent, Turkistan). In the context of this project children football teams are equipped by sports facilities, outfit, and couches are selected and paid, regular trainings and annual tournaments are held.
In 2008 a tournament was held in Taraz city among children football teams «KMF-Olymp» from 5 cities of Kazakhstan to win a cup of KazMicroFinance, which was timed to mark the 5th anniversary of Taraz branch.
Altogether in 2008 the company provided funds at the amount of over 5 mln.KZT on social projects, out of which 70% were granted on children football sponsorship.
ÌCÎ «KazMicroFinance» is aimed to continue making its contribution into the development of cultural and social life of the country.
Regional Conference “Woman and Business” in Shymkent city
The Conference, traditionally arranged by «KazMicroFinance», becomes all the more popular from year to year among business-women not only from South-Kazakhstan oblast, but also from other regions of Kazakhstan.
